Criteria
Your site must be family safe. (No pornographic material, adult content or links to adult content).
No sites that in any way promote bigotry, hatred or any racial slander will be considered. A site containing ALL LINKS,
will not be considered. Your site should be more than one page, and offer something of interest to the visitor. All links, images
and applets must work. Extra points will be given to sites that use their own graphics, backgrounds etc. English
sites only. If your site is in another language, you must also provide an english section. If you've used someone else's
graphics, poetry or quotes, credit MUST be given to the artist or author. You must provide a link back to my site if you
receive one of my awards. You must reply back within ONE week that you have received and/or posted my award. If you don't,
then you will not appear on my Winner's List. Spelling should be correct and grammar used properly. You DO NOT have to
sign my guestbook to receive an award. but it would be nice if you did.. Your site will be rated out of 100 for content,
design, graphics, ease of navigation, spelling, grammar and creativity. We will not knowingly collect information from children
under the age of 13, unless consent is specifically granted and information is submitted by a parent or legal guardian and
only for the purpose of awarding the site in question.
